What we do with your details.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect: your first name, last name, company (if provided), email, phone (if provided), and the message you write.

When you submit the careers form, we additionally collect the CV file you choose to upload (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, up to 10 MB).

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your inquiry or application. We do not add you to any mailing list. We do not share your details with third parties.

Where it lives

Submissions arrive as email at hello@t-av.com (contact) or careers@t-av.com (careers). They live in our Google Workspace mailbox until we delete them per the retention schedule below. The email-delivery vendor (Resend) sees the message in transit and retains it per their own retention policy, which we do not control.

How long we keep it

• Contact inquiries: up to 24 months from submission.
• Careers applications + CVs: up to 12 months from submission.

After those windows, we delete the messages from our mailbox. If you want us to delete sooner, email hello@t-av.com with your request.

Cookies + tracking

This site does not use marketing cookies or third-party tracking pixels. It uses one functional cookie (a CSRF-style honeypot helper) that has no identifier and expires when you close the browser.

How we secure the forms

Submissions go through a rate-limit and a hidden honeypot check to discourage spam. Uploaded CVs are validated by file type before being attached to email. Form data is sent over HTTPS only.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect, we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version is the only one in effect.
